The two additions matter because Prompt.io specifically requires the terms to include the types of messages, message frequency, “message & data rates may apply,” STOP instructions, HELP instructions, and a support email or phone number.

One small change I made deliberately: I changed your sentence from “We use this information solely…” to “We use this information…”. “Solely” can be unnecessarily restrictive if, for example, your website platform, email provider, campaign CRM, donation processor, or texting vendor processes information on the campaign's behalf. Your later statement that you do not sell or share data for third-party marketing is more precise.
